    Surprisingly, it works for me, but it's very slow. And yes, you need to create a new account...can't login to an existing one.

    I've downloaded the provided link from earlier in the post and have downloaded the one from the Google play store and both, when opened on my phone, tell me I need Google Play Services to use it. no way around it so far
