Today downloaded this app, which I cannot download again indicating I have the apk but the apk is not in the usual place device downloads?
I can choose to install but the install fails.
Have I downloaded anything?

Not all apps work, such is life. That big disclaimer in your screenshot even notes that. I've had a few apps refuse to install. It's due to several reasons depending on the app but the short answer is, it's not compatible and as far as I can tell, it looks as though you're trying to install extra keyboard layouts and hardware support for USB and Bluetooth keyboards which is surely not going to work. The Android runtime can't access stuff that deep.

Yes agree that it really wasn't going to work.
Think that there must be a downloaded file somewhere under where ever snap installs to. Where is that?

Pull down from the top and check setting in snap. You can choose which folder it stores to. Does say though paid apps are deleted. Might want to try one mobile or different app store
