Hi, i'm not sure what's wrong with my z10. Updated my phone and previous sideloaded apps are not working. I deleted them already. Sideloaded SNAP and it works perfectly. However, when i try to install applications, it's always stuck at the processing page. It could never get installed. Any ideas why this happens?

The bar will install fine and Snap would likely run on 10.1, however, any APK file downloaded would not install. The installation of APK files is built into the 10.2.1 OS.

10.2.1 is a requirement for Snap to function.

OK, but on an Android device when you delete the app it shows as uninstalled in Google Play (and then there's an option to delete it from your My Apps and never see it again).
You can't do this with a BB because Play always shows the app as installed.

On Android devices, there are 2 tabs in Google Play : "Installed" and "All", when you delete an app it goes from Installed to ALL, that's it, there is no any "uninstalled" category. From the tab ALL you can indeed remove an app and it will stop showing in your GP history.

SNAP has 3 tabs "Update", "Installed" and "Available". If you install app it shows up in "Installed" tab, if you delete app, it will be moved to "Available". I really do not know what is always showing as installed on your device.

Moreover, I just checked myself, I deleted couple of free apps from the tab "ALL" in GooglePlay on Android, and when I started up Snap in few minutes, the same apps were gone from the tab "Available" on BB.

To make Snap even more superior than GP itself, would it be possible to add "sorting order" in tab "Available" ?

That's the exact error I get with Deus Ex: The Fall. It's the only paid app I have though - all the free apps and even the updates worked perfectly.

I'm getting that with one paid app, Photoshop Touch, but other paid apps I tried downloaded fine.

Thanks! I did just give it a try but I am now getting another error when trying to download Deus Ex: The Fall from my available list:

"The item you were attempting to purchase could not be found."

Note that the price shows up, so I don't know if that's normal (I already bought it). I did clear the cache, but I'll delete, reboot, and try again. I appreciate your work on this though! As soon as it works for me I will be donating for sure.

ok gotcha. in 2.0.0.1, I'm displaying the exact error message from Google Play, much better than "Network Error" . I'll try to investigate some more about this one. Thanks for letting me know!

Just trying to track this one down, did you by chance purchase this at some point when it was on sale? or any other kind of offer? I have a theory if that is true.

Hmm, if I do a search for "Deus Ex: The Fall", it doesn't come up. It's like it thinks it isn't available for my device or something. In Google Play, it says it is compatible with my Verizon BlackBerry Z10 (has a check box just like the Droid Bionic). So I'm guessing my problems have to do with the game not coming up in the catalog that Snap is getting.
