Hi i installed snapchat. but every time i launch it it say "this app wont run without google play services, which are missing from your phone." what do i do with this? i know i can easily click away this, but in pvz2 i have a similar situation

Quick update!

I had to take a small break from development on Snap in order to get my website together, but that is done now so back to Snap!

I finally have a proper website and Snap has a dedicated page with general info, FAQ, changelog, etc.
Snap - Red Light Of Love, Ltd.

I'm hoping to get Snap 2.0 out by the end of the month (no promises , but I'm setting Feb 1 as my goal!)

Also, thank you so much for everybody helping out in this thread w/troubleshooting issues and thank you so much to everyone who has donated!

Maybe someone can help me... I hope so at least... Got my Z30 today and already got 10.2.1. up and running. Snaps works like a charm, many many thanks to the developer! However, I went to Google Play Store and bought Weather Pro which gets listed in Snap under "my Apps". However, the green button to "download" isn't as bright as usual, it's a dim green and it just won't do anything at all.

How can I get it to install my bought App?

Downloading of paid apps, even when already bought is not supported currently. Though, the developer has informed us that the feature will be supported in a future version.

quick question. I have been using snap and it is working great. I just followed the procedure to us Genymotion to add an Android 4.2.2 device to my google account. How do I know that snap now knows that and will use that GSF ID instead of the old one?

Snap will generate a new BB10 device in Google that will be a Z or a Q device, this will show in Google along with your other registered devices.

Regular Gmail will work, snap does the rest in the background.

If you're not using 10.2.1 then install won't work. Also, if you didn't give the app read/write file permissions, then install won't work.

Yup. Apparently I had checked out the shared files option when installing snap. Works perfectly now. Thanks

I installed the Snap .bar file from post #1 using DDPB. I input a gmail account (from like 5 years ago that i never use) and my password. Done.

I am running OS10.2.1.1259 on a Z10 and waiting for a higher OS to go official. Snap is awesome.

Anyway to permanently delete the apps that you removed from the available list in Snap. If I delete them, I don't want them showing up again.
