I tried downloading several apps like Instagram, Candy Crush, Youtube but when hit Download nothing happens.

If this app uses US Store is it possible that the market is blocked in Europe (Czech republic)?

I have downloaded & installed this But when it opens up the web browser I get a page full of errors Starting off as Server error in '/' Application
Value Cannot be null. parameter name :input
an unhandled exception occurred during the excucution of the current web request ......... Am I doing something wrong or is this just for the 10.2.1
