G'day,
I'm having some issues with Snap on my Z10 (STL100-2 10.2.1.3062).

When I open snap there's only a couple apps there and the rest of the page is empty.
When I look in my stuff tab all the available apps show, but are 0.00 in size. All the apps I have installed are showing but have a comment at the end "not found in Google play" error.
Searching for a particular app if it finds it shows its size as 0.00. Mostly it won't find the app I'm looking for.

My wife has the exact same phone and snap on her phone works as it should.
I've tried restarting the phone and even logging out and back in again and even logging out then restarting and then logging in again and it's no better.

Have checked for updates and still nothing.

Next will be to reinstall, but before I go there I'm wanting to report the issue and see if there's a known solution.
If others are having the same issue then maybe this might help them too.

I have the same issue on my Z10 as well, and have been searching for a solution as well. STL100-4 10.2.1.2976. Latest Snap 2.0.0.2.

Same here as well...Z30 started doing this a couple of weeks ago. Only 1 or 2 apps show up in the store. And in My Apps, Updates is blank, and Installed lists my app names but has no icons and says "not found in Google store".

I think a reinstall is needed but I didn't want to bother if I didn't have to.

hi successfully done, i can browse thru snap and see various android app, but i selected a few and i dont see a download button. Pls adv what did i wrong. is there anything i missed to activate. Thanks, Niaz

I have to reenter ID and password every time but bigger issue is it crashes when I select an app to download.

Now for the stupid question. When I download a app I want run to run it through Lucky Patcher. I can't find where the downloaded apk is stored. Is it even stored if the whole installation process isn't followed through?

If you have Snap set to save the apk after download, you need to complete the installation first. Then delete the app and you can work with the saved apk.

I had my passport warranty replaced and I installed snap and went to download my first app, starbucks and it downloaded and when I went to open installer the app freezes at "Initiliazing" I tried loading another app, Indeed, and the same thing happens. It looks like it's stuck, can someone tell me where to look to try to fix this?

I am having an issue with Snap as well, I have a Z10 10.3.1.2072-OS and once re-installed snap after loading the OS, Snap has never worked. I would open Snap login with credentials and it would show the names of apps but no icons of any kind. I have reloaded the app, restarted multiple times, hard reset and nothing seems to fix this issue. Some of the apps showed an update before I loaded the latest leak but figured I would update afterwards. The apps still work fine after the update but since I can't open Snap to update I will have to wait for v.3 until then.

Anyone heard any rumors on SNAP v3 availability? Love the app and appreciate the effort that went in to build. Since December 2014, when I go into SNAP all I see is 2x apps and doing a typical search brings up nothing. Went I go over to 1 Mobile Market to try to load a APP, all I get is 'There is a problem parsing the package" Ahhhhhhhh. Hope SNAP 3 comes soon, SNAP 2.0.0.2 was soooo great. Thanks James

You can login, but the app does not work properly past that point - crashing before you can do anything meaningful.

Works perfectly for me on my Passport running 10.3.1.2243-also worked on every other 10.3.1.xxxx I have had.

Like the above posts, Snap v2 also still works perfectly for me.

z10 STL100-3, SW 1565, OS 2243, Radio 2244, (newest apps from 1955)

Snap now works again thankfully.
I logged out, restarted the phone and logged back and it gradually came back.

I'm noticing many of the apps are showing updates available and when I update them, they no longer work.

I'm planning on deleting all the apps before 10.3 update and reinstall after with the hope they work again
