    Hey James,

Any chance that you can get a quick update into Snap to hide certain apps under the Available and Update tabs? For example, I am always being prompted to update Google Play Services. I do not want to do that because the new version of Google Play Services constantly crashes on the BB10 run-time. I know that we cannot "delete" apps from the list, but hiding them should be relatively simple for you to implement.

Can you please let me know if you'd be able to do this?

    Cheers

Error is pretty self explanatory... you need 10.2.1 or higher for snap to have any benefit. Any os less than that does not allow direct apk installation.

Either upgrade your os via the autoloaders in the leaked forum, or wait for verizon to update your q10 (should be soon!).

Great APP works great. My suggestion to the developer is that it will be nice to have the ability to suggest an APK from Snap to other people like we do on BBW. Nice work

I finally got tired of waiting on AT&T to move on the OS update and installed it using Sachesi. Now I am eager to start using the phone like the rest of the world has been enjoying. The problem is that we are 3 weeks beyond the release of the update so all the original posting about using features on 10.2.1 are old and not found easily on Crackberry. I don't want to have to read 90 pages of posting to figure out how to use this app or the other changes to 10.2.1. I wish there was a "Summary" location where people in the USA can go to find things everyone else has already experienced. I am not sure how to use Snap to acquire APKs

If you are familiar with the BlackBerry World app, Snap has basically the same layout and funcionality. Snap browses Google Play Store just like BlackBerry World browses for BlackBerry apps.
You can install Snap by downloading the file in the first post, and install it using Sachesi.

I installed Snap (the GUI version). I installed three Apps with the Snap App on my Z10 and only one of them works as expected. The other two seemed to install properly ending with an icon on the Home screen. However, when I try to open the App, the screen goes black for several seconds and then opens the Home screen. I can uninstall the App and reinstall it but cannot get it to open. What am I doing wrong? (Remember one of the three - similar Apps -- works as expected.)

You kinda need to tell us what apps work and which don't. Also, what OS are you on? And what do you mean the GUI version of Snap? I'm unaware of any other versions.

That actually happens on some of my apps that I've got installed too. They truly weren't made for our phones so some can be eratic. WWF is like that. I also have the Dunkin app installed but can't log in because I can't get the sign up screen to go away or move down.

I haven't found any info that makes me sure of this. Can we login with our Google accounts and have access to the apps that we have bought on our Android phones?

    "Download previously purchased apps!"

    This might confirm it though?

Excellent. Can't wait until I get my sexy new white Z10. Had a black one a while ago but the Android support wasn't that good back then.
