I have recently downloaded SNAP and when I clicked the install button it tells me this:

Once my display doesn't timeout, my downloads complete. If I begin a download over wifi an just leave the phone for the download to complete, the download errors out.

I keep tapping the screen, to keep it active and then my downloads complete every time no matter the size.

I tried this way today and set the display timeout to 5 mins. And voila!! Downloads where happening.

Seems some issue with snap and sleep thing! Hopefully he finds a way out and get us the headless support!

Well an overnight rest worked for me and it's working ok now. Strange indeed but happy it's away now.

I think I read somewhere last night that Google Play downloading was down. So maybe thats why you guys couldn't download anything

How about checking the first post? Not only will you find the download link but you'll find out what the latest version number is.

When I use the browser to search the Google Play Store, the option to OPEN IN Snap doesn't take me to the app like it did in previous versions of Snap. Snap will open, but it won't navigate to the app I am viewing in the browser.

What are some apps not working?? I'm on latest OS, and latest version of Snap and half the apps are just sitting at a loading screen.

I am having trouble with download. I hot snap on my phone and my apps come up. I download them but get error need ANDROID. INSTALLER. Also having problems with getting software update. I have tried on phone direct, I tried usb too. Is that the problem possibly? I need some serious help if you can. I've spent too many hours getting sane result. Thank u ahead of time for any help. Haha yes. That happens with a few apps. If you refresh it I believe that fixes the incorrect icons.

Weird suggestion but do you have the updated version of BlackBerry link installed? Also have you tried using Ddpb? Hope something helps

How big are the apps that you're downloading? Some apps download extra files (obb files), and some of these apks don't download the rest of the obb files.

I don't check the size, but Draw Something, The Hobbit KoM, and Candy Crush... they all just sit at the loading screen and never start. I have other apps like Xbox Smart glass, Kijiji they work no problem, very smooth too. Would just like the other ones to work too. Any suggestions?
