I had this game working on my Q10 and Z10 on 10.3.1. I just downloaded the halloween update and it won't start up now. Tried it on both devices and same issue. Crashes on title loading screen. I was just getting into it too. Darn. Anyone else with the same problem?

Yeah the EA forums are confirming this for me. Big issue with the android version. I just started passing the time on my breaks with this game which is one of very few games I don't totally dislike on the Q10's tiny screen. I was really starting to like it. Now I actually have to talk to my co-workers. Sucks. Lol. J/k.

This has never been isolated to the sideload bbry. Forums have been fuming from all devices since 4th of July - the end of stonehenges or whatever the heck it's called. I truly believe there was major issue that went down on their servers and they have remained silent ever since.

Yes totally agree. Probably major issues server side and it's definitely a cross platform issue.

It seems the iPhone version works though. There doesn't seem to be much complaints online from that camp.

Bluestacks was a great suggestion. I've had Bluestacks for the past year and rarely use it. I loaded TSTO on it last night and it also crashes in almost the exact same spot. Lucky you for getting it to work. I wonder what the difference is.

Yeah it crashes on Android too. Only iPhone is unaffected as far as anyone can tell.

New update. Same old problems. Doesn't work on BB10 or BlueStacks for me. Reading review comments on Google Play is crazy and kind of funny. EA has messed this game up bad. The Halloween update made it crash for some and not for others. The new update today made it work for some and made it start crashing for others that had no issues with the Halloween update in the first place. Other lost 2 years worth of gameplay. Frustrating. Luckily I just started playing this game to pass time on my breaks and didn't invest a lot of time and/or money in it. Not that I would have anyway. I would stay away from it for now. Our BlackBerry devices fall in line somewhere with a certain set of Android devices that are also having issues. If the Google Play comments could show what devices people were using it would help developers.

Ahhhh. Just got my BlackBerry Z30 today. I was scared this game wouldn't work. It's the only game I play. No problems with it on my LG G2. Don't have that phone anymore tho.

I've had off-and-on success with this game on my Z10 in the past, running just about every OS and leak that came available for the STL-003, it was always laggy and slow to load, constantly crashing on 10.2.1+.
Have yet to properly test it on my Passport because of the fact that on 10.3.0, the game won't run due to it trying to use the screen improperly. I believe that on 10.3.1 on the Passport it should work better since other people have had good success with Clash of Clans which on 10.3.0 had Single-Player issues... So.. yeah lol

Yes I can confirm the game is running awesome on OS 10.3.1.939 absolutely no problems what so ever! Love the aliens in this Halloween update! Did a fresh install and I'm on a Z30.

Same here. Funny thing possibly annoying: Notifications when something is finished comes with some interesting sound bytes. I got a random "Woo-hoo! New buildings!" just now. It was loud on my Z30. The game isn't open but I got a notification that a building was completed. Lol. 10.3.1.938 runtime is fantastic. So many apps are much much smoother and faster than the 800 build I was in before.

.939 runs way better on my Z30, my 30 is not a toaster any more and killing the battery in 6 hours and WiFi sucked. And yes, apps and games seem to run better on it.

There is an option to turn those off in game. I'd tell you how but I can't get on and don't recall by memory. It's in the options in game
