From what I understand, he is saying it's creating a ghost file which he can't delete. He wants to know if the same thing will happen with snapchat or instagram.

Ghost files have happened to me but never from snapchat or instagram

Sometimes yes, other times no. Sometimes even after deleting the app, the files will stay and you can't delete it.
In some cases, it'll say it can't find the file, even after reboots. Sometimes (and this happened to me for text plus), if you open the folder, it'll bring you to another folder, and when you open that one, it brings you back to the original folder. And when you delete, it says it can't because there's too many folders or something

no i am not referring to your picture because i have not got snapchat or instagram
i side loaded viber
it created a PICTURE FOLDER in the PICTURES FOLDER that had viber peoples display pics which i could not open or delete
i could not go into that part of my phone an delete it either
it just wouldnt delete at all even through blackberry link
so i security swiped my phone
