    No.

    The 9900 can't run BB10 or converted Android apps as the 9900 doesn't and never will have BlackBerry 10

    Cannot access the DDPB User Guide, but I'm thinking "No" since a) PB OS different than Bold 9900/OS7, and b) no Android Runtime on OS7 (unless I misunderstand sideloading).
