Samsung TV remote app

So yesterday I saw my friend with an S4 Mini switch of his TV with the phone and an app he had. Said he annoys all his friends with it secretly. I want it for far less nefarious reasons. Is there such an app that has been successfully sideloaded? I can't remember the name he called that one.

A phone would need the IR sensor the S4 series has to make use of that app.

Samsung Smart view works over wifi with my ip5 I tried side loading from apktobar and it doesn't work, can't get the connection to wifi
