    For the past few weeks me and my wife (Passport and Z30) have been unable to get Rhapsody to load while on mobile network. It does work on Wifi. The app has always been painfully slow to load, but looks like a recent update makes it useles while mobile...which sucks.

    When's the last time you rebooted your mobile device?
    It should be done very frequently and always reboot after installing an app or updating!

    Also. Are you running the latest OS 10.3.2.2789?

    I use it on my Passport and Z10 and it loads in no time at all.
    and I reboot my devices once a day. Just like I do with my other computers!!

    I reboot at least once a day. Do you have the latest rhapsody app? Have you tried it on the mobile network? If not, would you mind giving it a try? It works fine on Wifi for us.

    Sounds to me like it IS a carrier problem. Of course they're gonna tell you there's no drop zones in your area because they don't want to loose you to another carrier.

    Per your request, I disabled my Wifi on my Passport and everything runs the same. Fast, clear sound. No difference!

    You've probably already done this but....... Uninstall the app and download a fresh one.
    And I know it'll run better if you update your OS to 10.3.2.2789 It's basically a maintanance fix and any upgrade that is a fix is a good thing!

    Thanks. i did try reinstalling the app. I'll update the OS and see if that helps. It used to work great! Now, nothing on 2 different devices. AT&T sucks.
