I have installed bb10.2.1 the android apk files works perfect.
Just I don't get push notifications by the apps like line and viber
Is there a way to solve please let me know thanks very much in advance.

Keep them open in active frames, that should do the trick.
Is that the case? I haven't had any success seeing push alerts with Android apps. I'll try to leave it open as an active frame.

That answer is not correct. It seems just not to be supported yet.
Not using those, but I have to say that Call Recorder, Network Monitor.. and a whole bunch of other .apk apps are working HEADLESS!
