    I'm using BlackBerry z10, latest software. All these days i've been downloading apps from the app world without any problems. But from the past few days, i've been getting an error msg during the installation of any app. It reads, utf8 codec cannot decode byte...
    Plz help!
    I'm just not able to download any app!

    Rather unusual! Reboot your device!

    Hold the top buttom till you see the BB loading screen - DO NOT tap reboot on the countdown screen.
