Please Help!!....... Cobalt or conite please help

I have been away from the thread about patching apps for a long time now. I was around when cobalt talked about using lucky patcher then. It worked then but doesnt work again. Please I need u guys to refer me to the current way to patch an app. I really need it now. Or u can direct me the current page were its been discussed. Thanks alot.
