    What is the best way to get a paid app? It is on SNAP, but will that work?

    Buy it online, access it in Snap. It will (should) show under My Apps.

    amazon app store would be the best way to do it if they have it. Otherwise you can access the google play website and buy it and most times you can then download via snap
