The same problem is also with me on my Q10 besides others. I request BlackBerry Limited to resolve this issue as it has been created by the update authored by them and released through the BlackBerry World.

I am facing the same problem with apk files. I have tried side loading them as well but no luck. They would work perfectly by side loading before I updated to 10.2.1.537. In fact few apps from BlackBerry App World have also stopped working for me. Any suggestions?

i hav no issue on both Q10 and Z10, you can fix it reloading os with bblink or wiping device

with New Os no need to side load, just delete apps that not working And install updated one from Snap or 1mobile
