I recently security wiped my phone and I want to get everything back but nothing is installing...

It goes from initialising. To processing and just stays there..

What do I do and how do I fix this

Did you install the google play store and are downloading/installing from there? Are you using APK files on an sd card? Have you been able to open the Amazon Appstore already loaded on your phone to see if that works? Need more information to help you.

Amazon appstore: I open it and the Green loading bar shows up. Close to the end it gets kicked out. So app store doesn't work.

Google play store: this is the app I've been trying to install but to no avail.. no other apk will load. The apks are on my phone and memory card and tried installing it from both too

You will have to reload your OS.

By applying the Runtime patch on an OS it wasn't designed for, it will never work.

Download to PC. Unzip. Plug in device. Run autoloader. Done.

Your phone will be wiped in the process.

You could find and install the two Android Runtime files from your installed OS version. But why not upgrade to a new OS while you're at it? What's wrong with plan A?

Well here's the snag... originally, I downloaded and installed the 10.3.2 runtime from BlackBerry World but when I open it it kicks itself out. After rebooting, not only didn't the runtime work but I haven't been able to install any application from an app. So. Downloading the autoloader would be awesome but I have no access to Internet via my cpu.. now the question is... what now

There's nothing you can do to fix your situation from your device. You need a PC.

So use the autoloader I suggested.

I can easily download and install apps from BlackBerry World but, if. Try to install from an app it just shows the processing-initalising-processing screen and it just stays there..

Also tried the auto runner but nkthing... what now

You watched the update go from 0 to 100% over a few minutes, and then it rebooted?

Yes I did... but still the same thing... so I got the runtime from BlackBerry World I tried again to install it, but now nothing changed either..

Also... a few questions... is the runtime on app world incomplete??

If so, how do I complete it??

And if I side load snap, will it give apks to install or will install automatically??

How do I repair my installer since nothing is installing??

You can't install the Runtime from BBW unless you are on OS 10.3.2.2876 or OS 10.3.2.2888. On anything else it will corrupt your device and make Android apps impossible to run.

Run the 10.3.2.2813 autoloader again. Do NOT update the Runtime after.

Snap no longer works for new logins. You must use Cobalt's modified Google Play Store.
