Sorry if this has been posted before but I couldn't find it, anyways I'm running the latest leaked os 2947 and no matter what app/game I install I never get any notifications, it gets a little annoying when someone messages ya and you don't see it until hours/days later because you weren't notified, so I'm wondering is there something I can do to get notifications or????

So do you mean specifically notifications from Android apps?

Care to provide some examples of which you mean?

Do you mean the notification light isn't flashing??? Because if it's that you can just turn it on

yes android apps specifically, they dont vibrate, play a ringtone or have the red led flash, nothing apps like snapchat, tinder, words with friends, facebook messenger, all of these do not notify me of anything, i went and checked in all the settings for the apps and i have the boxes ticked off for notifications, and also went to settings for blackberry notifications and none of the apps are in there.

Android apps are not native, so they don't give notifications. Only a few of them can, but you must keep them as active frames.
It's been discussed a lot around here.

Not always actually. Clash of clans sends notifications even when it's closed. Same with kik sometimes and AVG

True, even applications like Candy Crush and Subway Surfer give our notifications with the active frame closed. You can set up by notifications to be turned on from within the app itself .
