    I have balckberry q10 having 10.3.3.1463.last night I used facebook and switched off my phone now when I wake up I turned it on after charging and try to check updates on my Andriod app but non of them worked only a green loading bar appears after the bar completes the app closes.I checked the device monitor there is no Andriod player working. Tell me what to do know??

    Have you tried rebooting? I had this happen before but it went away after a few reboots.

    Once you reboot, you need to wait about 10 minutes before running an Android app. Otherwise you will interrupt the Runtime environment from initializing properly.

    Reboot again and wait 10 minutes.

    Then it's corrupted. You will have to reload the OS.

    Will security wipe work and if not do tell me which autoloader is best for me because I have a lot of data in my phone and I don't want to this again and again
