Change the download directory to a folder in your user directory, not Program Files.

You need the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). Make sure that you install the right version:
    - x86 if you are using a 32bit Windows
    - x64 if you are using a 64bit Windows

did you ever get an answer? im having the same problem.

I've tried both wifi & usb, both give me the 'device is unreachable' error.

My IPv4 address has a slash followed by 2 numbers (xxx.xxx.x.xxx/xx) I also tried just using the address number with the '/xx' removed, still getting 'device is unreachable'

I have also have tried uninstall/reinstalling the program on my computer. I am using windows vista. Is there a firewall setting Im missing or something?

If the connection check says that it is reachable, it is. Something else is the issue. As I mentioned before, the log from pillsy said that he tried to sideload an invalid .BAR package.

I've got Amazon, ebay, espn fantasy football, netflix, etc. and all are working fine.

Humana (& Ally Bank) are not on bb10bars so I requested the .bar file in one of the other CB threads and someone converted the google playstore .apk to .bar files for me. Haven't been able to get either one to work.

The chrome extension isn't working (for me anyway, it comes up some asian language)

The other method, when the server is finally free to convert, I've tried and it will download a .zip file, but nowhere in the zip file is a .bar file. The actual file name is "xxxxxxx.bar" (reading when I hover over the link) but what actually gets downloaded is a zip and I don't see a .bar anywhere.

It seems like the .bar files should be valid. Lendo has like a 50 page running thread of people requesting .apk to .bar conversions

I know that thread. Sometimes browser mess up the filename because the BAR file structure is an archive, just like ZIP or RAR. Simply rename the extension manually and you should be fine.

So first attempts and I am having the same issues as others on the thread but I don't see a solution. I have tried several bars, all DL'ed from the sideloading tool here is a snip of what I get:

    Removing login cookie
    - No cookie found.

Clearly I am doing something wrong.... Any help?

I copied a bunch of APK files I want to convert right off an Android phone but I can't get the Sideloading Tool to see them.

I put them in the BARs directory - should I have put them somewhere else?

    Please help - thanks!
