Looks like the login fails, are you sure that you are using your development password and not device password?

ok got it to convert by running as administrator but im trying to install the bank of America app when I open it it sas initializing then closes... do I need to try the debug token method and if so how do I go about it?

There's Internet connection there's no antivirus software installed and whenever I start the update tool as admin the same message pop up again that say run the tool as administrator

As you figured out yourself the tool needs admin rights if you store the bar files in your application directory. Keep in mind that JellyBean apps require the new Android runtime from 10.2, here's a guide for that:

Can't find an issue in there, have you tried it with different apps and set your download path to a folder in your user directory?

Just uninstall the tool and download the latest version. Then open the installation directory and run the update.exe as administrator.

If an app uses unsupported APIs, they just won't work. Nothing you can do there.

I dont have any wi-fi at home. So i used usb instead. and use 169.254.0.1 as ip adress. and i insert the password. And when i click "Check Connection" in bb10 sideloader tool, it show up "Device Is Unreachable" . Please tell me whats wrong. Thanks before!

If you use USB, don't rely on the connection test. Make sure that you have the development mode enabled and that you use the development password.

Try it out. If the app doesn't appear on your device, have a look into the log and find out why.
