In my experience installed applications continue to work just fine, the problem is only installing new apps, you will get an error whe trying to install it saying the token is expired... If you are using the latest Android-Pack (link) then there is a batch file to renew it, it will renew the token and install it on your phone, given you have edited the configuration file with the right values and the phone is connected to the PC...
