    I'm using BlackBerry z10 with software release 10.3.1.1779 and model number STL100-2

    I'm not able to use mobile data for any of my android apps installed on my phone which includes paytm, Ola cabs, clash of clans and lot more. So kindly help me out in resolving this problem in my phone

    Have you turned off the wifi and tried to use the apps that way?

    Use an android app and turn mobile data on such as android assistant

    Yes, you need android assistant. Get it from snap. Once there, simply tap mobile data icon to turn it on. The apps will work after that and you can delete the assistant
