Funny - just tried yesterday as well and the same issue. Both OneDrive and XBOX got installed via Snap and they work like a charm. Could it be a Google Play issue? I was never able to get OneNote working properly on my Android tablet; will have to check to see if the updated OneNote works on my Android tablet when I get home later tonight. This is an app I would love to be able to use since I use the desktop OneNote in office and on my Windows Phone an awful lot!

Update on Android tablet - the recently released OneNote works perfectly on my Acer Android Tablet - it must be a Google Play/Services Issue. BTW - when Snap was first being used, the Play Store would recognize a Z10 as an Android device. When I log onto Google Play now, it doesn't show the BB10 device under the Devices tab.
Since i found out that i can install Android apk's on my BB z10 i found and tried OneNote. Now i am running the lastest official version of 10.2.1. and OneNote does exactly the same thing: That purple Connecting page.... nothing more... hope a fix will be available soon.
I tried opening the applications and one note app is not listed in the list, so i think the app is not able to get permission to connect to the internet. Any experts please help.
Today MS released a new API for OneNote. Perhaps BlackBerry could do something to make it work with Remember. That would be awesome, but I don't see it happening soon.
Someone might be able to develop an app that can sync with OneNote ,so you read and write notes. I would pay for that.

I would pay for it too. Remember is so so but it does sync with my outlook tasks. Better if it would sync with Onenote across MS office.

Agreed. Evernote is OK, but I would love to have OneNote on board. We had the native OneDrive app recently released so there is hope!
It seems Microsoft missed an opportunity to scoop a few more users by tossing OneNote into BlackBerry World. A lot of people have been experimenting since the new release. I can't commit without BlackBerry 10
Anyone here tried to install Microsoft OneNote with OS 10.3 ?
Doubt it will work with the current state of the leak... Users have already complaint that every 1 android app does not work . The 10.3 is not fully ready yet. the moment a more 'solid' leak comes out I will install it myself.untill then we will have to wait.
I love OneNote for my Mac and PC. I sent a feedback to Microsoft complementing OneDrive and OneNote and asked when an official OneNote app would be available to BlackBerry 10. Actually, I request this for any app that I think should be on BlackBerry 10. The last one was an NFC payment app for Scotia Visa. I encourage everyone to do the same.

Good idea. Can you post a link to make the request at?
