Didn't work for me

What I recommend trying, just to get Microsoft's attention is to use the in app feature to 'send feedback'
Simply click on the dots on the top right:
Attachment 261874
Then click send feedback, input a message. I just say bring support to BlackBerry 10 devices.
Attachment 261870
Leave the box checked as it will provide information to Microsoft about what device you are using.
And click ok, then choose to complete the action using messages. It's automatically generate an email for you that you can easily send off to Microsoft.

Just sent it! Let's hope!!

I just sent it too... I am now running 10.3. and it's the same problem... no changes.
I sent mine too, but I am not sure if this is a MS bug or BlackBerry Android runtime bug. I suppose the second as the app works fine on a lot of Android powered phones.

You all sent feedback through the android app right?
Yeah even though it's a little redundant, maybe they'll look at the builds our phones have since it gathers some information about your phone in the email. Maybe they could just make it more compatible with the Android runtime

Keep sending those feedbacks guys.

I did it too

Install it and just before connecting you will see a 3 doted menu, tap there and Feedback... see previous screenshots.
Best!
No luck? I will also send feedback.

Sent request to Microsoft. Now we wait... using the Q10 and MS Surface Pro. OneNote destroy Evernote for its use of the tablet pen, amongst it's user interface quickness (that wheel is genius). Forced to use Evernote for now due to BB10, but using both is a PITA. Here's hope'n...

Well, I think I figured out the issue as to why OneNote is not working on our BB10 devices (or at least a theory)... The method in which Android apps function with or through the Android OS and device as to Internet access is different (and even "open") as compared to BlackBerry methodology. I noticed that OneNote is not listed under "internet" permissions in the Apps Permissions section, therefore it may not have proper access through the Android runtime system to properly access and login as it wants to do as the very first required action by the app. Problem is that I don't know how to forceably grant it internet permission manually, as I suppose the app needs to ask for it. Any feedback on this?

Has anyone tried onenote with OS 10.3?

Android runtime on 10.3 is broken
Posted via CB10
I still just get the 'Connecting' screen. But before that screen there is a option to send the developer feedback.
Using the 3 dots in the upper right corner if enough people let the dev' know we want it maybe they'll act.

Same here, running os 10.3 since it came out, and I had to install an older version of Android runtime. So, One note bagages exactly the same.
I am now running the latest leak... 10.3.0296 and OneNote is still waiting for a connection....
Is there anyway to change or give MS OneNote Internet Permissions? It doesn't have permission access under internet for this app, and hence it's unable to get past the OS's internet access sharing.

I just tried the version posted on the Amazon app store hoping the non-Google version would behave better and no such luck.
It's still stuck at the Connecting screen and Internet Permissions don't show up on the app's permission.

I think it really has something to do with the BB10 runtime for Android because on my Jolla phone with SailfishOS (which also has an Android runtime, just like on BB10) OneNote works perfectly. From logging in to syncing to notifications, just everything.
OneNote is working with the 10.3.1.632 leak on my Z30, although if is sluggish. I'm using whichever version is current on Amazon.

This is brilliant news! Thanks! I am waiting for 10.3.1 then...

Whatever version is current on Amazon's store is working fine in 10.3.1.1016. I can access all my OneNote data stored in the cloud finally.

@Hotfix, how is the speed and responsiveness of Amazon's version of OneNote? The current one I'm using from the Android Snap Store is quite laggy and jerky and makes the app hard to navigate.
Thanks

Because it is syncing with the cloud, it's not the fastest app on the planet, but once a page finishes loading the app works as I would expect to too. I.e. Once I am in a page, I can move around it w/o much issue.
