When I play the guitar I sometimes record a short song into the "Remember-App" via speech note there and in most cases it works quite well. But sometimes my brilliant voice (joking) goes a bit under. Is there a microphone which can easily be plugged into the Passport and which takes my voice a bit clearer using the speech note function of the "Remember-App"? It does not need to be the best and most expensive of all. Thanks in advance.

have a look at this brand, EDUTIGE http://www.edutige.de sales several options for speak, sound, and so on.
as seen in the picture, works very good and can be added with a extension cable and dead Hamster type wind screen to create a livelier mic too.

Plenty YT videos around explaining all you need to know and how to use this mini mic's.
Images are with my Classic, but working just as nice with my Passport too.

This EDUTIGE mic's are very recommended for all sorts of recording, from Interview, Sound recording, and YT video creation for mixing different sound sources.

You might want to try a USB microphone and have a USB OTG Cable attaching it to the phone but not sure which app to use to record the input. I use the blue snowflake with other USB OTG phones and it works well but not sure how USB OTG Audio works for BB10 devices and if micrphones are accepted.

Professional made cables with 4-pin connection!

Several other options for exactly your needs like XLR to 3.5mm iPone jack is the one used on BlackBerry too, looking for the 4-pin jack
