i noticed that and also the sound switching from the main speaker to the earphone-speaker (the one you use to hear when calling). not sure why.

I've seen this in my Q10 but havent got this bug in my Z10.

Yes, but i have not had this problem with just side loaded apps. Songza is a proper android port from BlackBerry World, and I have this problem with that app as well.

I'm having the problem where after side loading with the new method, I get no sound in any Android runtime app. Whether sideloaded or from the app world.

Hey guys, k17any suggested in another thread to side load an android app called Audio Manager and then turn up the media volume. I did this and it fixed the problem. For some reason in the android runtime, the media audio was set to zero.

I had kind of thought that perhaps some internal volume setting inside of the android player must have been somehow turned down. This appears to be the right track.

I went to apk2bar.org and searched for "audroid". Sideloaded the app, and the android media volume was less than half. I turned it up to max, hit "apply" and I can hear songza again! Thanks for the suggestion!

I loaded audroid and it was all the way up already, and still no sound in Pandora.

I'm not sure about Pandora, I don't use it (I'm not even sure it is available in Canada). If the volume is working in other Android Ports, that would have to be an issue with Pandora itself. Sorry I don't have any other suggestions.

Minion rush is still silent regardless of the audroids settings? Anyone get this working as yet?

Directly run this .APK file on your BlackBerry 10 phone if you are running 10.2.1 OS or convert it to .BAR file and then sideload it if you are still on 10.2.0 or lower OS.

This will install android volume control app which you can use to fix low volume on ported android apps (Songza, Waze, etc.). Slide all of controllers to the maximum and be happy!

Use this app - turned all volumes up, and still no success. I can't even use songza anymore!

Loaded the Audroid app. No luck at first but then took slider for media to lowest and saved, then slid media to max and saved. Good volume from speaker now.
