I have a fully maxed out TH8 village of Clash of Clans as well as being the leader to a very active clan (Avacyns house). I downloaded COC onto my Z10 using Snap. Last week my Z10 stopped working. Not only did I loose my village, but my clan could not move forward without a leader. I searched high and low and couldn't come up with anything, just like some of you may be doing right now.
Out of pure desperation, I decided to contact COC. I googled "lost COC" and the linked that came up (provided below) was for supercell game support. The site told me that if I downloaded the app correctly (android or apple) I could start an in-game chat with a tech person, and they could help me. I told them I was using a Black Berry (which they don't like) and after answering a few questions he gave me a link to my village.
I was so relieved, and needed to share this with Black Berry users. The only downside is I had to get an android tablet to play it on.

I updated to OS 10.3.1.2267 SR 10.3.1.1581 and for the first time full back up and restore did not give me the game back. Anyone else have this issue before? I even tried to re load picking out only clash of clans. Next step I guess is trying to go back to an older OS before 10.3.1.1949 because that one doesn't register on BB link on my z10 that I use for my mp3 player but CoC works on their.

Hi sir.. cant open the link. Did you really recver ur lost coc? Are u still playing it using your BlackBerry? Or in android only?

I now have my COC on the Tablet. But when I got my new Z10 and did a restore with Blackberry link from a backup on my old Z10, its now on both Z10 and Tab.

They asked what device I was using. Also what were my last 3 upgrades done and how long I have been playing. They may have asked another question too, but they just wanted to confirm that this was my village and not someone trying to takeover the leader role in my clan.

CoC villages are automatically sync with the Supercell's servers, that's why it always require an Internet connection to play. So it's never really lost.

The thing is that since BlackBerry is not a supported device, you can transfer your village from

BB10 to BB10 (using BlackBerry Link)
BB10 to iOS
BB10 to Android
Android to iOS
IOS to Android
Android to Android
IOS to iOS

Any other combinaison is not possible

So if you have a backup of your BB10 phone, just restore it and you'll be back in sync with your village.

Apple is the other way. It has to be on a platform that COC authorizes. Its sucks going Android, but I wasn't going Apple.

You can download Clash of clans on your Android. Go through all the learning stuff, and then once that's all finished click on the settings button. Then a pop up will appear and click on the settings tab and go to 'help and support'. You will see a topic called 'lost village'. Click on it and then go to 'I lost my village '. You can then click on the contact us button at the bottom and they will tell you th rest. Hopefully this help and you can Clash on
