Hey so I've sideloaded onto my playbook before with no issue, but I just got my Z10 today and when I try to sideload I'm getting an error message that reads like this:

Error: Cannot connect: Connection to https://169.254.0.5 refused. You may have to reboot the target.

Anyone have any suggestions? Oh, I have a mac btw, but again, it's the same mac that i've successfully sideloaded onto my playbook with. Let me know if you can help!

Just sideloaded What's App v1.4.1587.0 to my Z10. It loads and you have to enter the code received from the text message manually. It won't pick up any of my contacts but is running quite happily. Just need some messages now!

Just sideloaded Ebay V1.0.28.0 (on Android as 2.1.1.0). Works great! You can get the .apk from the Android Drawer website then convert it to a .Bar file here PlayBook .apk to .bar converter

gv SIG mini maps for Android 1.5 works. You can get the .APK here https://confluence.prodevelop.es/display/GVMN/Home

Just make sure you only use the version for 1.5, not 1.6, and again use the online converter.This is a really good mapping program which lets you browse Opensource, Google, Bing and Ordnance Survey maps.
