Could you actually trust a side loaded app to manage your finances?
Since there is no way to authenticate the app or verify in any way it has not been altered, I really wouldn't feel too confident in that app to sign into my bank accounts or deposit checks.
Until native banking apps are available, I am relying in my ipad for online banking and mobile deposits.

Not sure if mentioned, but SugarSync doesn't work for me. It will launch properly only about half the time, plus any files I try to view come up with a can't view filetype error.

Viewing the same files from the mobile website open properly in Docs To Go.
