I tried about 3-4 versions of the new build (4.x+) and none of them worked, popped on this one and instant magic. Makes you wonder if theres a functional earlier version of some of the missing apps we 'can't sideload...

Can someone please advise which google maps bar is the latest and greatest that does not crash when settings is opened.

I was having the same issues with the first google maps bar in the list (all seems fine, but it crashes when going to settings). I just installed the second one in the list Google Maps (another version)/ and at the very least it also seems to work and does not crash when going to settings. Can't yet speak on stability, but seems to be better than the other one.

Just sideloaded Ebay V1.0.28.0 (on Android as 2.1.1.0). Works great! You can get the .apk from the Android Drawer website then convert it to a .Bar file here PlayBook .apk to .bar converter
