Good post. I was wondering this myself. I started DL various apps and will be checking if there's a native one available once I get my z10. If none will sideload.

May I ask what version of Google Maps you sideloaded?

I have the newest version of eBay, dolphin browser, flipboard, the newest twitter with multi accounts, various file explorers, Flickr and Nike trainer.

Stuff that doesn't work, sound hound, shazam, Nike +, uloops. I've also tried a few android launchers that work and then Instagram on them but no joy.

And google maps street view, can't get that to work. I can't find a .bar file for it anywhere and can not convert the apk either.

To convert the ones I have as I have a couple of android devices I use this site PlayBook .apk to .bar converter there are also ones on there that others have done, download any you want and try them.
This is also a good site BlackBerry 10 Bars have got a couple of apps from there.
I get my apks from here Android Drawer - Android Apps .apk Repository before converting them. Best site to find older/newest versions of apps.

I can confirm doodle jump works, I have also tested plants vs zombies which works when its opened however sometimes you have to click it several times before it opens up. When its open its perfect. I also have tested canabalt HD, I have tested angry birds space & seasons both run fine however was a little buggy the background was always white ? yet the birds pigs and maps where fine accept the white background.

I would post the Tapatalk bar if it wasn't a paid app.

Also Futbol24 works great just doesn't allow push notifications due to it saying this device isn't a registered Google device or something. Anyone know if it's possible to do?

Facebook messenger work's, it's the only way I can find to PM a photo to another FB friend on BB10. It doesn't give any notifications though.
