    All my friends is using LINE but the LINE from Android on BB10 is not working properly after the update. Even before the update it was hard to use.

    There is a developer that is willing to make native equivalents of apps, NemOry
    You can suggest it in his thread

    BlackBerry can't make a Line app, Line has to make their own app. If they don't want to do that, there is nothing BlackBerry can do.
    Alternatively, have you tried telling your friends to try BBM?
