Hello my Crackberry friends. I apologize if there is a post about this but I looked and I didn't see one. But I'm a fan of Kakao talk on the BB7 devices. I'm wondering if there is a .bar file for the BB10 that the Z10 can run? Thanks for the help guys. I love my New Z10. I sideload Skype, Netflix, and Instagram! They all work well, all I need is KaKao talk and I'm good to go! Go BlackBerry!!

In addition, try contacting them and asking them if they will make a native app for bb 10...i already bugged them multiple times and maybe if we can get more people on board..itll help the cause as they see theres some demand.

We might be able to use it when bb update to jelly bean runtime. Dont know when we will get the update though

been trying to bug them even before the release date of BB10..

i tried like every version of sideloading.. the closets i got was the SMS to send and then the app would crash.

they don't respond to my emails.. and since they have Korean input on 10.1 i thought they would at least announce something..

but once BBM comes cross platform it won't be necessary for me anymore cause it'll have BBM voice and video so i can communicate with all the family that have samsung devices over in Korea.

Yes it's been working like a beauty since I installed it yesterday I downloaded the BAR and side-loaded it using DDPB. It's definitely not a BB10 native app, only an Android-ported one. But it works like a charm and all functionalities are working. Only KakaoStory cannot be accessed, I believe the Android app of KakaoStory has not yet been converted for BB10...

Cool, this one runs without any FC whatsoever! I had been running 3.7.3 sideloaded with the debug token trick and it had been working great, wonder if there's any disadvantage to losing those native libraries?

Spoke too soon, looks like the voice chat side of this isn't working. I tried to do a voice quality test and it force closed.

However taking that APK and running it with native code enabled on it works great, voice quality test / selection worked just fine.

I just installed kakao talk via side loading on my z10 and it seems to be working fine. however, once i get into a chat, i can't seem to navigate out of it. i need to exit the app in order leave a chat or any other screen i'm in. i'm guessing this is because its not a native app, any ideas or help?? thanks!

Swipe down from the top and a bar will appear at the bottom, click on the "i" icon to show you the gesture to back a screen without bringing up the lower bar and use the back arrow if you prefer to go back a screen.

yup, used to sideload a lot, but not my PC does not download a.bar file only ,zip file with .apk in it.

My KaTalk works fine, sideloaded it from bb10bars site if I remember it right. I used to 3.8.8 version.

yup, that's the one i'm side loading. running os 10.2. 1323, sideloaded with chrome and also tried the bb10 load utility both crash...wierd
