    Quick question. I have 10.2.0.1047 and the new "unlocked" runtime. The app l loaded up and is running, I just cant get anything to happen when I plug the band into the headphone jack for initial set up. How did you who got it to work do it?

    Turn up the volume all the way, then hit the sync button on the top right. The volume is the trick.

    Hmmm. The volume is turned all the way up, correct? I would close the app, restart the phone (to make sure that the android runtime restarts), and then wait for the app to get to this point, verify the volume one more time, and then plug it in and wait a bit. Shouldn't take more than a minute or two. I set my Up up using an ipad, and then use my Z10 for all of the other stuff.

    It syncs all the time but sometimes it just takes awhile, I've noticed that the android app in general takes longer to sync than the iOS version

    I am pleased by this, now just need to wait for the up24 app to come to android, and then poke jawbone again saying their app works and get them to submit it to the app world.

    Hopefully getting my jawbone in new year when they decide to release in uk

    I have OS 10.2.1.1259 on my Z10 and I can't seem to get my Jawbone to sync. I just get the initial sync and raise the volume to the highest but nothing happens when I plug it in (same screen as Trick_Deck posted above).

    Just figured it out. It's not enough to simply click headphone boost and push the volume to the max, you must plug in a set of headphones and push the volume all the way to the max and agree to the terms and conditions for hearing loss then take out the headphones and plug in the Jawbone UP band. This worked for me. It works on both the Q10 and Z10 fyi.

    You'd need a new band even if they update the UP24 app got released for Android. I actually bought the UP24 band by accident and realized it after the headphone jack on my phone was too big for the band.

    I have the Jawbone Up with my Z10 on OS 10.2.1.1259 and it works great. The sync was very erratic but I found that if I hold the Up by the audio jack and tap the button 3 times and hold, the LED will flash red and when I plug it into my Z10, it will start to sync by itself.
