Its saying I've successfully registered my device with the Google Play store (and that I can now close this app and launch the play store etc.), but when I try to do so its coming up 'Error while retrieving information from server. [DF-DFERH-01]?' Does anyone know what this means and what I need to do in order to fix the problem and successfully use the play store? Im using a Blackberry Classic x

If you follow those directions... all should work.

Note I don't close any of the apps until I've got the Play Store working.

Delete all you have done, reboot you phone and start over..

There have also been problems with using Snap which provides access to free GP apps, but at least its developer is working on a solution. Cobalt's software is great as long as it is installed properly and you don't have any issues with it, but apparently he has now moved on.

Did you install the Cobalt Google account app and login first?

Also there are two versions of the play store I had an issue where I had two different ones and the one I chose did the same thing and when I uninstalled it and used the other it worked fine
