I think we need those who have instagram push notifications to work, to share their settings.

Most probably why I've got it to work as I was sharing with Big Picture, is that I have Google Play services running in my phone. Using Cobalt's thread to run play and services.

Me to.. I've installed the latest instagram from playstore through the help of cobalts patch and I get updates on my android apps via the hub to update.. instagram works perfectly am runnin 10.3.2.680.. this is a really stable build.

Yes, I noticed that too, after I updated to the latest version, instagram notification missing sound in normal mode and no vibration in vibrate only mode.

I have been getting them for about a week, on and off. I find that I don't get them if Instagram doesn't show up in the device manager as open. Even if the app is closed, it sometimes remains open in a sort of headless way, and that is when I get notifications.
