Sorry can't be of much help as I don't have this app. But some android sideloads have issues running properly. Just like with Instagram, the keyboard is all messed up when you comment.
Could this be one of those apps?

I have sideloaded IWpro on my Z10... no work around so far... but easiest way is to screen shot and just crop it. An extra step, but it works and you cant even tell as its an instagramesq square photo.
Give crackberry app permission to access your files in app permissions. You should be able to post pics then.
