In order to use the SideSwype app, we would still need to use a computer to install it like any ".bar" files? Because I cannot install that app just by using the phone.

That's exactly what I thought, you would still need to install the SideSwype app using a PC. And it gives you only 2 credits to install apps and after that you must...

Thanks though I'd rather stick to Google Chrome using the PlayBook app manager if I need to reinstall Snap.

What would be even better... if someone made a dedicated vpn server that installs snap, rather than sideswype . They could even do a browser intercept that forwards the user to the installation.

That said, still a bit of a pain for a non tech-savvy to enter vpn settings and put your phone in dev mode.

Alright, bro. But it would seem the OTA installation of Sideswype app itself doesn't work on 10.3.0.700. I tried it on two of my devices, but it just wouldn't push the bar OTA to my devices running 10.3.0.700. Maybe that isn't compatible with that OS yet, but it probably works on 10.2.1 and below.

Next, I will sideload the Sideswype app using my computer and post some more feedback.

Edit: after sideloading Sideswype using a pc, everything works from there on. The only draw back on 10.3 so far is, you can't install Sideswype app itself OTA.

Just tested in Z10STL100-1/10.3.0.700

At first I got DNS error when trying to connect the first vpn, then I correct the server address and all the data, just exact the same as on https://sideswype.me/install page

After that all progress went smooth.

I already using my first ammunition for installing Polarbear beta app, installed perfectly and run smoothly.
