    Im on 10.1 and i can see the video on laterst .apk instagram.. No issue just cant post a video..

    That's why. I'm pretty sure the latest 10.2 leak 4.2.2 runtime doesn't support videos yet because snapchat videos don't work either.

    Mines an off and on thing to view videos. Sometimes it will never load or take forever or it will load at a decent speed.
