Wow, thank you for sharing. The app sound great and easy to use. I usually side load apps through Chrome or Sachesi, but will give this a try. I like the WLAN capability. =0)

The WLAN transfer is really a nice feature. No cables needed. And you can push any BAR file to the device by just using drag & drop.
Happy using!
What am saying is that when I download a application from snap let say candy crush it downloads something else like temple run i.e the applications names are all messed up

This seems to be a common problem to some people. I have not seen a solution for this up to now. Maybe your location is causing the problem. I'm sorry but I don't have a solution. Maybe you can get some help in the main Snap thread.
I have the BlackBerry Z30. I have followed all the steps to download Snap, but for the life of me, I cannot get it right. Can you help?

Hi
Can you specify the problem you encountered? I assume you followed the steps described in the first post to install Snap Installer.
Here again the procedure:
1. Verify, that you have installed Java 7 installed on your PC. It must be Java 7, older versions are not supported: Java SE Runtime Environment 7 Downloads
2. Put your Device in Development mode: -> Settings->Security->Development Mode -> ON
3. Download Snap Installer and unzip all files into a folder: Snap Installer
4. Run the Installer
5. Get your IPv4 Address from your device: Settings->About->Category Network -> Wi-Fi IPv4
6. Enter the IP-Address and your device password into the dialog
7. Press the button Download and Install Snap
@cobalt232 I'm having a problem with my snap app. What I choose to download isn't what is downloaded. I get an entirely different apo every time. Any advice?

Yes me too am having the same problem any solution?
if you cant get your blackberry in development mode then you need the APK, like I do..
I see the problem. But there is no APK for Snap. Snap is only available as a BAR (Blackberry Archive) file, as it is a native Blackberry app. If you can't turn on developer mode because of IT security restrictions, you can try to remove your corporate account. Doing this will remove the restrictions and then you can install Snap with the installer. After successful installation, you can add your corporate mail account again.
I FINALLY got it right (for a moment there, I was thinking about torching the phone). But now, when I try to download from Play Store, it will only install a program called Floppy Bird - nothing else!. I want to download RockMyRun, but no luck!
Can you help?

Well, the issue is from Snap, and not Cobalt's installer, so there is nothing Cobalt can do about it. Now, the developer of Snap has been made aware of the issue, and he is asking for more info from those who have been experiencing it. You might also want to drop some info in his thread, here is a link to it Snap - Download Apps from Google Play Directly to your BlackBerry 10.2.1+
