I downloaded Snap connected my Q10 to my Windows laptop I have a question. What website do I go to, to download app from Android app store and how do I go about it. Where do I locate Snap on my Q10?

Sorry, I don't understand your question. To install Snap, download Snap Installer and follow the steps described in the first post. After successful installation you will see the Snap Icon on your device (a small green Android robot).

Thanks for the reminder and for creating this tool. I finally got around to installing Snap with it, and then installed Pandora and Google Maps. Had no issues, happy camper here. :-)

I did install snap on Z 10.....google chrome ( just freezes and or says not responding ) and google drive (says could not find any account and exiting application ) do not work....but the sling player is.....

so anyway uninstalled it....seems all free app doesn't work while the paid app work for at least one

Hi and thanks for your feedback. If the installer confirmed a successful transfer the Snap app should show up. I haven't seen this behaviour before. What did the log report in your case?

The app only showed up on my Z10 when I used the CMD-version of your handy tool.
