"Currently" you can't with a BlackBerry.... very soon it will be built into new devices.

There are ways around Google Services for BB10 devices... look for the different Cobalt's solutions in this section of the forum. It really depends on what apps you want to run. Just installing SNAP or Cobalt's three files might get you want you need. Or you might have to go the "lucky patcher" route.

Patch them with Lucky Patcher (search for that).

If they still don't work, refer to post #2.

    Snapchat?

In that case, buy an Android phone.

Viable workarounds, if any, are few and far between.

Mayyyyybe the Casper app, although that's liable to be shut down at any moment.

That's weird. Even on my old as dirt Z10 I have got apps via Google Play services that supposedly require Google Services to run and they ran just fine without them as far as I know. I am pretty sure all you need is the Google Play Services apk installed and not an actual connection to GS.

What is interesting when you first install these apps from GPS is that you met with a prompt warning you that you are downloading an app (and service) not supported by/on BlackBerry phones and that because of this there may be an issue with functionality. It is interesting because this notification is coming from Google, not BlackBerry, which means they are aware that I, and others, have "illegally" installed GPS and GS on our phones.

Then again I only did this to see if, and how well, it works. For example I do not use Google Maps so perhaps it was crippled by lack of GS? I mean, I did receive a notification every two seconds it seems that Google Services is missing for Google Maps....
