Server error isn't necessarily a Google play services issue. It sounds like it's something unrelated.
From PC with bluestack the app works perfectly, idk why it gives that error, maybe is the same reason why I can't download appps from google store, but I'm not sure
Less destructive would be to reload just the android runtime. But I must ask again: did you remove all apk files from internal Memory and SD card? Did you look into the misc/android folder? Deleted everything there?
Oh you mean everything, not just cobalt or Lucky folders and the cobalt and Lucky .apk files?
I'll give that a shot this afternoon and see how it goes

Tried removing the google dependencies as mentioned in the OP by following all instructions to dot.
I am still facing the google play services error in quizup app and Flightaware.

Hmmm???
Quiz up won't work anyways. Did you remember to install the patched Google play services apk?
I got a new one as well. The new Weatherbug seems to not get successfully patched with LP, as it takes a long time to patch and when done, after installing the app won't even launch. I'm gonna try Gmaps Patcher tonight, but kinda sux that this is the first time for me that LP cannot patch an app.
Hello, I download the Lucky Patcher (4.4.4), but if try to install on my Z10 (10.2.1) I get this message: "Unable to install this app"
Anyone have same issue?

Does anyone have a mirror for com.google.android.gms-5.0.89-cobalt.apk? I can't seem to download it from Box... I click download button and nothing happens.

Go to cobalt's Google dependences page, he has a mirror there for Mega

No, i don't try Lucky Patcher in the past. (Now i would like to try patch Tinder, cuz i don't find native app [Timber is unavailable from BB World])
I know Passport have 10.3 os, but i have only 10.2.1 on my z10, and Cobalt said in his first post in this topic, If i have 10.2.1 OS, use Lucky Patcher 4.4.4, and dont update it.

I know it doesn't solve your lucky patcher issue, but in the meantime you can patch the apk using the windows-based patcher cobalt has provided in the thread below.

Just to follow up on our previous issues with the BlackBerry Passport:
Factory OS install and upgrade via Carrier resulted in this app not installing.
Just did a wipe to fix other issues (sic wipe followed by autoloader of 10.3.0.908) I was having with the device not leaving "Setup mode". Turns out it fixed this one too!
Was just going through my .apk's and figured I'd give lucky patcher one last shot, so I went ahead and tried to install cobalts .apk. It worked! Rebuilding my .apks now!
If you uninstall an android app, then reinstall it with a patched version, if you uninstall it, you won't be able to install it again... it will continually give you the "Unable to Install App" error that we were getting earlier with Lucky Patcher newer versions. Something about the way the android runtime works.
Cobalt: any chance you could find a way to remove this 'registry' that gets leftover?

Oh man, that would be a major blow, if that applies to the new OS in general.

This is interesting, even though I don't think that this problem applies to all apps. I'm Installing/uninstalling/reinstalling patched and non patched apps all the time and never noticed any problems. Lucky Patcher is a special case, because it's services register somewhere in Package Manager with the signature and this sometimes causes problems.
It is important that you don't try to install a patched version over a a unpatched version that is still installed. This confuses the Package Manager.

Think there's any way to reset Package Manager?
After doing that reinstall I've got Lucky Patcher but now I have no way to get Bloons TD5 to work without a new reinstall, which is NOT worth it! :
