Hi,
So far everything works great - I have the Google Play Store. I've downloaded the Google Play Services from Cobalt's page, which appears to be a program called "Google Settings" (is this correct?). But, when I installed the latest Lucky Patcher, no icon shows up, nor do I see instructions anywhere telling me how to open it/run it?
What am I missing?
Thanks!
You are missing all the posts that read "Use Play Service Patcher" which works a lot better than Lucky Patcher.
Also, you're only trying to install the pre-modified 5.4 version and not the latest 5.8.5 version, correct? Only the version that was modified for use on BlackBerry will work. But I agree with the other post, Lucky Patcher is almost a waste of device memory now. The desktop patcher is much more powerful and effective.

I've made some screenshots... As you can see the game has been WhiteListed, the 2 errors it gives me and screenshot of the game that does nothing...
1. Use Play Services Patcher, not Lucky Patcher
2. Install Google Account Manager, Blackberry Google ID and patched Google Play Services
Hey, Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately I have a Mac, so can't use the desktop patcher. As for the lucky patcher, when I hit the link to the modified Lucky Patcher (the MEGA one) the link no longer works. The Bitcasa link works, but do I need both of them?
One is just fine. But as said, Lucky Patcher has a very low success rate.
Got Hangouts to go! Ill try a few and see how it goes. Thanks!
Hi, my Google Maps works without the map. The voice and directions are perfect said by the navigator voice. But the map is not displayed.
This app seems to use in-app billing. It most likely requires Google Play Store to be installed, because the store provides license verification. So is Play Store installed?
I can not get your patched version of Lucky Patcher. One link points to nothing, and the other to a file that my virus software blocks. Maybe you can provide a direct link to your version of Lucky Patcher? Alternatively, would it work to run the Android version of Lucky Patcher through your Play Services Patcher?

It has been posted over and over again, don't use Lucky Patcher. Use Play Services Patcher, and you don't patch Cobalt's apps.
My phone won't let me open the download

Save yourself the time and just move to the desktop patcher and don't bother with Lucky. It's more likely to successfully patch your apps.

guys i need your help. this is with reference to the lucky patcher apk download link. when i downloaded the file from the link it came in as a zipped file and not the actual apk format as in the previous links. when i unzip, i dont see the apk file. how do i proceed?
also, facebook for android and messenger are not loading really. anyone knows what this is about?
this is on my attempt to disable google play services dependencies on app[s from playstore; i downloaded lucky patcher v5.4.3 from your link above and it came in as a zipped file. when i unzipped, it didnt show the apk file and i didnt know how to proceed. are you suggesting i download the patched google play services apk file instead?
Lucky Patcher doesn't work very well. Install Play Service Patcher instead on you computer (not on your phone).
Lucky Patcher is no longer capable of modifying the latest Google dependencies. You need to download the Play Services Patcher program, and follow all of Cobalt's instructions for properly patching apps.
As for Facebook and messenger, the latest versions do not work. You need to search for much older versions. I don't know the last messenger version that worked, but the last Facebook version that I got to work on my Z30 is 28.0.0.16.16.

"Help! Lucky Patcher doesn't work" has become a top common complaint that perhaps Cobalt should just delete/close this thread. Obviously very few people do their own research to come to the conclusion that LP is no longer the preferred patching method
