that was the first thing it tried lol, when in doubt, reboot!. Well i found a really old version, 1.5.1 and it loaded and works, but i still cant update. Thanks for the help guys!

edit it doesn't work, cant mod apks

Deleted everything I could find. Tried and same thing. Even deleted the fold with the keys and patched apps

I don't think that's how Snap works on my phone (SQR100-3 : 10.3.0.1154) after finishing apk downloads I decline to open the installer once yet the apk is already in my downloads folder.

Installed lucky patch 4.4.5 then did the auto update, while installing CRASHED. CANT SEE THE APP ICON NOW. Installed the 4.4.5 declined permissions then uninstalled it. Installed again the update (from the lucky patcher folder/update) decline permissions then uninstall. Then install 4.4.5 accept permissions WORKS.

Older version used to behave as such. The latest version only copies after installation is complete.

I have that version too, I think it's the latest one available. My apk downloads are set to save but only do so when the app installation is complete. If I download the app then back out before installing it and look for the apk it isn't there. Once the app installs it is.

You're running the latest version, which is the version that only saves the apk after installation. Not sure how you ever managed to get it to save the apk without installing it.

It won't save the APK unless the app has been installed right after download finished. Sometimes you must scroll up to see the install button.

Hey does the remove ads work for anyone? I just tried it on the chive app but the ads are still there. Did I do it wrong or does it not work.

Ps I fix my previous problem with a security wipe.

Removing ads doesn't always work. There are several methods how a developer can implement an ads receiver into an app. It is hard to remove all of these dependencies with an automated tool. What you can try is to patch the Google Play services apk, which is a commonly used provider for ads. This may be more successful than patching the app itself.
