Hey there,

i tried to install the Android WhatsApp (i read some threads from 02/16 were the guy said it works on his device without patching).

I get the "google services" pop-up. With the Patcher 1.6 I can successfully patch the file. But when i want to install it on my device i get an error: file could not be installed.

I tried it with various versions of WhatsApp (also the one from 02/16) but I will not work.

Delete the previous installation first.

I installed it via playstore and delete it via BB Appmanager. But it is still in the playstore... how i can handle this issue now? I can't delete it via playstore right now...

Hey can anyone help me. I've installed PS patcher and installed latest java and path is also correct, but it is showing java is not configured or install latest java

I only have ONE thing missing on my Passport for a fully both-world enjoyment: the public transportation system of the city of Atlanta App. After patching it still won't even show the schedules of the buses, of course nor their real time location. I does show the remaining times for train arrivals. If I could only get that one last App to work (Marta On The Go) I could just leave my DTEK50 at home or the office, although it's so light I barely feel it inside my pocket, it'd still be nice to not have ANY missing features on my Passport.

Hey there,
I am trying to use the Patcher (used both 1.5 beta and 1.4) to patch Hangouts and Allo. But each time I get this error message "The package (filename.apk) cannot be signed." Does anyone know what would be the problem?
I already updated the apktool file with the latest version.

I just tried other APKs (Telegram, imo, Wells Fargo, etc.) and I get the same error message for all APKs.

And by the way, I patched Hangout and it is working fine on my device.

Hmmm... up until a few months ago, 2 apps I had been using worked fine after patching. Then the Google map imbedded in them went blank.

I tried a number of solutions with negative results... even going back to older versions that had worked.

Realtor.com and RVAHomes are the two apps.

Any thoughts?

That's right. You now need to add your own Google maps api key when you patch. Search this thread for instructions.

Hi, I just wanted to download WhatsApp on my BB Leap, in order to use it after 31th Dec. 2016.
I installed from your website the three APKs, then, when I launch WhatsApp, it gives me the error about Google Play Services feature. So, I downloaded and launched either PS_Patcher-1-6.zip and and PS_Patcher-1-5-beta2.exe but I'm unable to have this run. It just says "impossible to open "name of the patcher". Can you please help me? Thanks in advance.

Just noticed that Google Maps was updated to 9.38.1 on Sept 28. Anyone check if that one will work on BB10 again after patching? Or is it still a no-go like the last one?

No go. It appears BB10 will be stuck on 9.33.1 forever.

Remove the check from API v1.
