    All you need to do is install blackberry google ID from cobalt, then google accounts, and then sign in to the play store

    You need at least Android Lollipop (5.0) to install/use Google Pay. BB10 ART is stuck on 4.3.

    That's true, but it depends on which version of BB10 OS they were talking about, 10.3.3.3204 which is the most recent (at least for my BlackBerry Q10) and it runs 4.3 and I can run most apps
